For Individuals

Whether you're newly promoted, recently moved organisations, fancy a drastic change or are looking to explore how to feel more 'yourself' after feeling stuck, we can work together to get you where you want to be.

Workplaces don't always offer the support you need when you need it. If you want somewhere you can feel safe, supported and challenged as you grow, I'm here to help!

I offer 2 ways of working with me; one-to-one coaching, and group coaching. Click the buttons to jump to the relevant section and learn more about the benefits of each.

If you're ready to feel like a Natural Leader, then this is for you! This programme has been designed to help you;

  • Cultivate Bravery

You'll receive 6 months of nourishing, bespoke support achieving the changes that are most impactful for you and where you want to get to.

These sessions are delivered one-to-one either online or in-person (Sheffield) every 2-4 weeks which creates momentum, accountability and support for sustainable change.

All coaching programmes start with a free ‘Seed Session’, an exploratory call where you can get a sense of my approach and whether we’re a good fit for one another. If you’re ready, book a call.

Time to get out of the weeds and start thriving?

This is a group coaching series for leaders, professionals, founders and freelancers in Sheffield.

Are you feeling stuck in a season of burnout, or uncertain of what you need in order to thrive through constant change?

When we feel unsure or overwhelmed, we often try to force growth. But as any gardener knows, you can’t pressure a seed to make it grow faster - you have to create the right environment.

Join me for a series of nature-assisted, interactive group coaching sessions. We’re stepping out of the office and into the garden to apply the sustainable wisdom of Permaculture to your life.

Each 2.5 hour session is a standalone workshop, but together they form a complete ‘growing season’ for your personal development. Sessions bring to life a different permaculture principle by combining coaching theory with the transformative power of nature. The workshop formats will allow space for individual reflection, creative activities and group sharing.

“...I was new to leadership and still developing my own style. Working alongside Lianne had a profound impact on the leader I became, and I remain deeply grateful for the experience we shared."

Steve Wilson, Consultant Technical Leader

Why me?

I am an established leader in the Digital & Technology sector. Most recently, I was the Head of Profession for Agile Delivery Management in a large government department, leading a community of 120 people in a hybrid environment.

I understand the immense opportunity and profound impact that leading with empathy, authenticity and vulnerability has on the people around you. Whether that's line managing individuals, managing teams or leading a department. I also understand the effects that fear-of-failure, imposter syndrome and shifting priorities can have on individuals.

I was an accidental leader as I progressed into the most senior role for my profession. But taking transferable skills, building an experimental mindset and continuously learning allowed me to thrive and feel like my natural approach to leadership was valid, valuable and appreciated. I was motivated by positively affecting the lives of those around me, and now I'm driven to support others to do the same, in their own unique ways.
